Napoleon Agency ("we", "us") is a consultancy based in Stockholm, Sweden, operating the website napoleonagency.se. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at niclas@napoleonagency.se.

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us, for example when you:

• Fill in the contact form (name, email address, company, and your message)
• Answer the project scoping wizard (your answers plus name, email and company)
• Request the Nordic Market Entry Checklist (name, email and company)
• Subscribe to the Fredagsbrev newsletter (name and email address)
• Email or call us directly
• Book a meeting through our scheduling link

We may also process standard technical information that your browser sends when visiting the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, as part of normal hosting and security logs.

With your consent (see our cookie policy), we and our providers also measure site usage through Google Analytics and HubSpot, as described below.

We use personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you
• Send you the Fredagsbrev newsletter if you subscribe to it
• Prepare and deliver proposals and services you ask for
• Understand how our site and content are used, where you have consented
• Meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We use advertising only with your consent, and we do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Under the GDPR, we process your data based on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)), on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies and for sending the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a)), and on legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up business relationship, and are then deleted. Data we must keep for legal reasons (such as bookkeeping records) is retained for the period required by law.

We use trusted service providers to run this website, our CRM and our communication tools:

• Hosting and scheduling providers — for running the site and booking meetings. They process data only on our instructions.
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — with your consent, measures site traffic and content popularity. See our cookie policy.
• HubSpot — stores contact details you submit in forms and newsletter signups, and — with your consent — measures visits and powers the chat widget.

We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict our processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskydds- myndigheten, IMY)
